Ciao, home cooks! My name is Andy. I am a long-time home cook and food enthusiast from New York that has always been less-than-confident in his ability to make short-form content. Getting over that hurdle, I intend to use my TikTok page as well as this blog to share my passion and show my viewers that even the most wretched of ingredients (at least subjectively) can make something beautiful on the plate without breaking the bank.
