Ingredients:
6x Oysters (I use West Coast Oysters, but use any you want!)
2/3 Cup Italian Breadcrumbs
1 to 2 Tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
1.5 Tsp. Onion Powder
1 Tsp. Dried Parsley
2 Pinches Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1/2 a Lemon's Juice
1/2 Tbsp. Melted Butter (Measure this BEFORE melting)
Steps:
Begin by taking your fresh oysters and soaking them in cold water for 30 minutes. If the water is heavily salted, they only need to soak for 10 minutes. This will allow for impurities to wash themselves away and create a cleaner and sweeter final result.
While soaking the oysters, add the Italian breadcrumbs, red pepper flakes, onion powder, dried parsley, parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and melted butter to a mixing dish and mix them together thoroughly.
Begin Pre-heating your oven to its Highest Broil setting.
After the oysters have completed their soak, shuck them and free their meat by scraping gently against the bottom shell. A tutorial can be found on this recipe's TikTok/Youtube video (These recipes are posted before the video is, so if you can't find it, just wait a day or two.)
Place enough of the breadcrumb mixture atop each oyster to cover all or most of the meat, as shown in the picture below.

6. Place the Oysters into your oven for 5 minutes, or until the breadcrumb mixture is a
medium to dark brown color.
7. Allow your oysters a couple minutes to cool, optionally add a drop or two of your
favorite hot sauce, and enjoy!
